This Privacy Policy applies to www.hacktivategreenville.com (the “Site”) owned and operated by Drake Software (“Drake”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and to the hackathon event, Hactivate® Greenville, hosted by Drake (the “Event” and collectively, “Our Site and Event”). This Privacy Policy describes how Drake collects and uses the information you provide on Our Site and Event. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information.
This Privacy Policy covers Drake’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing information you provide through Our Site and Event. By using Our Site and participating in our Event, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
Our Site and Event are not intended for children of any age, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under age 17. No one under age 17 may provide any personal information to our Site or Event. Drake is headquartered in Franklin, North Carolina in the United States. Our Site and Event are hosted and administrated in the United States or hosted with cloud service providers who are headquartered in the United States. Drake’s target users are in the United States. Drake does not currently intend to offer goods or services to EU residents. If you are located in the EU, or anywhere outside of the United States, be aware that information you provide to us or that we obtain as a result of your use of Our Site and Event may be processed in, transferred to, and stored in the United States and will be subject to United States law. With the implementation of GDPR, Drake has taken further steps to ensure that any potential customers understand that Drake does not intend to sell its goods or services to persons inside the EEA.
